He is the co-founder and CEO of Verse, where he leads the company’s product vision, commercial strategy, and long-term platform roadmap—partnering with the world’s largest energy buyers, hyperscalers, and infrastructure investors to modernize corporate energy procurement and portfolio operations.Before founding Verse, Seyed served as Chief Digital Officer at Fluence (NASDAQ: FLNC), where he helped lead the company’s $5B+ IPO and built its digital business from the ground up—scaling its renewable software portfolio to more than 10GW. Prior to that, he was CEO of AMS, where he pioneered a market-bidding platform that transformed energy storage into a dispatchable financial asset, ultimately leading to Fluence’s acquisition of the company.Earlier in his career, Seyed held product and engineering leadership roles at Tesla, SolarCity, and PG&E, where he helped design and deploy several groundbreaking wholesale market software systems.
