With over a decade of experience in the talent acquisition space, Jasmin brings deep expertise in structured hiring, employer branding, and inclusive hiring practices. Prior to joining Verse, Jasmin led Talent Engagement and Strategic Talent Branding efforts at Zscaler, where she developed global programs to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline and elevate its employer brand across competitive markets. Earlier in her career, Jasmin spent five years at Google, where she led the recruiting team responsible for hiring across Global Data Centers and the company’s Energy & Sustainability organization. Her work focused on building high-performing technical teams that supported Google’s ambitious global infrastructure and clean energy initiatives.
