Pascal leverages his expertise in energy and business strategy as Head of Business Operations at Verse, where he leads the customer team and oversees the company’s internal business processes. Prior to Verse, he spent 7 years at McKinsey as a core leader in the firm’s energy transition practice, working across Europe, the U.S., and Central America. He helped utilities expand their renewable energy portfolios through PPAs, supported renewable developers with commercial and operational improvements, and contributed to investments in climate tech startups. Pascal holds a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delft University of Technology.
